Xbox-One

Every day, the new information about the new generation Xbox One from Microsoft, hurrying to the shelves of stores. It is possible for the better, because a potential buyer based on this data will be able to make their final choice.

Last time we wrote about the Xbox One joystick, that we had a total of 40 different improvements with it (compared to the old one from the Xbox 360), and also that Xbox One will support up to 8 wireless joysticks that are connected to prefix. This time, the new information concerns the console itself, or rather its processor. The latest news suggests that Microsoft overclocked the Xbox One CPU.

Now the operating frequency of the processor of the home gaming console from Microsoft is 1.75 GHz, against 1.6 GHz. This was confirmed by the marketing director of Xbox One, Yusuf Mehdi, who among other things reported at a meeting of the Citi Global Technology Conference that the console had finally gone into full-fledged mass production.

It should be noted that about a month ago, Mark Whiten, director of control of the production department of Xbox One reported that the Xbox One graphics chip has been upgraded. Its operating frequency of 800 MHz was raised to 853 MHz.

To be honest, from the outside it all looks like an urgent attempt to work on the bugs, but the console has not yet gone on sale.

By the way, Sony has not yet announced the operating frequencies of the processor and graphics chip of its new PlayStation 4, reporting only the technical features.
