Playstation 4 officially comes to Ukraine

The official press release from Sony informs that very soon the citizens of Ukraine will be able to personally try out the incredible power of the new PlayStation 4 game console.

So, the new Sony prefix goes on sale in Ukraine on Friday February 21, 2014. The declared official price of the console will be 4599 hryvnia. The game controller DualShock 4 will cost Ukrainian customers 699, and the charging station for it will cost 349 hryvnia.

Up to this point, the people of Ukraine were forced to purchase the Playstation 4 console in foreign online stores or from speculators involved in “gray imports”. In light of the overall shortage on the PS4, it can be assumed that the batch of consoles, which will be delivered for sale in Ukraine, will be swept off the shelves rather quickly.

Recall that the PS4 officially went on sale in Russia on November 29, 2013, and in some retail chains arrived a day earlier - November 28. In the US, the prefix Sony appeared on the shelves two weeks earlier - November 15. To date, almost all console batches in all the world's trading networks have been sold out, and Sony continues to struggle with the resulting deficit.
