Microsoft claims that hundreds of thousands of Xbox One owners use the remote game on the console every day. Indeed, this regime can be very useful. Programmer-enthusiast under the nickname twisted0ne1989 even wrote an unofficial application Twisted, which allows you to remotely play on the PlayStation 4 with a PC, though, the software is paid and costs $ 10. Apparently, Sony did not like that someone is trying to cash in on what they can provide their users for free, so the president of Sony Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida officially stated in his Twitter the following:
"Many people ask if we are going to supplement the Remote Play feature with the support of personal computers. Yes, we are working on an official client application for PC and Mac. "
It turns out that Sony will make happy the owners of two platforms, running Windows and Mac OS. This is not offered to its users, even Microsoft. I wonder how long we will have to wait for the introduction of this mode in the official firmware of the PS4 console?
