Nintendo Company introduced a new version of its pocket console

As it is clear from the title, handheld got a new iron and much larger screen unlike its predecessor Nintendo 2DS and will now be released in a new form factor, reminiscent of the traditional console family 3DS. The device will go on sale as early as July 28 at a price of 9,999 rubles.

The console Nintendo 2DS went on sale in 2013 as a budget alternative to the older console Nintendo 3DS. The prefix was made in a monolithic case and lacks the ability to display an image on the upper screen in stereoscopic 3D. Nevertheless, low cost and affordability made this model very popular among the youngest gamers. The updated model will receive powerful hardware from New Nintendo 3DS, as well as an enlarged upper screen. Of course, there was an analog C-Stick, which makes it possible to make control in three-dimensional space more precise. Handhand will initially support the Amiibo collection figures thanks to the NFC's built-in bottom screen.

The console will be available in several colors. The first to go on sale will be white-orange and black-turquoise versions. The upper cover of the folding clamshell-case is covered with stylish volumetric corrugation. New Nintendo 2DS XL goes on sale simultaneously with three games: Hey! Pikmin, Miitopia and Dr Kawashima's Devilish Brain Training: Can you stay focused? Of course, the new device will be fully compatible with all the existing library of games for the Nintendo 3DS. The price for the new model, as already mentioned above, will be 149,99 euros, or 9,999 rubles.
